1. Open the closure / lid on the tongue
2. Fill the product with clean water (20 ml)
3. Evenly distribute the water over the product
4. Close the closure / lid
5. The product is now ready for use.

Regularly wiping the shoe down with a cloth contributes to a longer lifespan. Make sure the closure is closed properly before the shoe is cleaned! If the tongue is filled with water, the shoe should not be stored in a room without proper ventilation for over 12 hours. In dry condition, the shoe can be stored in a dry and dark room indefinitely.

The INUTEQ-DRY® cooling material was developed for a maximum of 750 wet/dry cycles (activations). Over time, the water absorption will decrease, because the INUTEQ-DRY® fibres will cluster together in the fabric structure. After the first 10 wet/dry cycles, a decrease in water absorption may occur; after this, the absorption will remain relatively stable. This is a normal process. The material will continue to offer highly effective water absorption, evaporation and, therefore, cooling properties. The degree of absorption is also affected by the maintenance method of the product and the water quality.

The Python Fresh cooling products come with a 6-month warranty for production errors (in case of normal use). The warranty for the Dry cooling technology is valid for 5 years based on 750 wet/dry cycles (activations) at 2.5 activations per week.
