Types of personal data that we process Personal data that we process is: first and last name, gender, address details, email address, telephone number. If we engage other parties for certain projects, we will also process data required for meeting the statutory obligations.

Website visits
When you visit our website, we may temporarily store some information on your computer in the form of a “cookie”. Storing temporary data in a cookie enables us to better tailor the content of our website to your needs and enhance the ease of use. The data is stored in a temporary cookie. How long we retain data We will not retain you personal data for longer than strictly necessary for realising the purposes for which your data is collected. If we do not enter into an agreement with you, we will not retain your data for more than one year.

Sharing with other parties
Dineg does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it where necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or for meeting a statutory obligation. We conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure a similar level of security and confidentiality of your data.

Accessing, adjusting or removing data
You have the right to access, receive, rectify or remove your personal data. You can send us a request to this end by email: info@dineg.nl

To make sure that the request was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document together with your request. Please black out your passport photo and Citizen Service Number (Dutch BSN) in this copy for the protection of your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than within four weeks.
